About Us

Deborah Williams, affectionally known as Coach Deborah, is a life-long learner and educator with over 30 years of experience working with students and families. 

She has vast experience, having taught at elementary, middle, and high school, including College Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE).

She has also served as a school leader at each level. Presently, she is a school administrator. She has worked diligently throughout her career to improve student achievement and promote student engagement. 

She holds a Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Specialist Degree in Education Leadership. She has also served as an Instructional Coach, Sixth Grade Academy Specialist, Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Coordinator, and Georgia Graduation Coach. She has been recognized as Coordinator of the Year and Teacher of the Year and has received several other recognitions. She has also served as Department Chair for Science and Language Arts, Team Leader, Summer Academy Leader, Early Intervention Program (EIP) Teacher, and Student Support Team (SST) Coordinator.  

Her mission is to provide support in all aspects of the overall learning community. She takes great pride in her school and the many positive experiences that it offers. She is dedicated to working to help all children reach their maximum potential. Coach Deborah believes in the importance of self-esteem, dignity, and respecting individual differences as she works to prepare students for adulthood in hopes that they will become life-long learners and responsible, productive citizens. She is dedicated to the pursuit of best practices to improve student achievement and overall student outcomes. 

She loves and adores her family! She also enjoys reading, learning about modern technology, and traveling. Her attention to detail, dedication to making a positive difference in her school and community, and overall love for education are noteworthy. Her work ethic is outstanding, as well as her organizational skills. She can carry a program from conception to completion with little effort. She is also able to motivate others. Coach Deborah maintains a favorable rapport with students, staff, parents, administrators, community members, and school officials.
